There was a 3 days connection error on march 25, starting up at 9AM, Brazil local time.
We sincerely apologize to all users who experienced the inconvenience.
Currently, all of our services, except for the entertainment games are functioning normally.
The problem occured due to the expansion of our BR Micro office. There was a unauthenticated documentation problem, and because of it, for two weeks, the domain sent e-mails to the unexisting e-mai.
For that reason, we didn't get a notice.
On top of not receiving the e-mail, we were forced to freeze the domain, which made it difficult for customers to access.
We had all the relevant documentation, so we contacted the domain company and sent all the necessary documents, but unfortunatelly, the answer we were given was that we wouldn't get a reply by that day.
As the domain became unavailable, the related APIs and it's functions were also unable to provide practical services and guidance due to the service struture.
Because of it, the users confusion was heightened, and as a temporary measure, only about 3.000 users on Micro officcial Telegram were provided with information, which reduced the trust of Micro.
Therefore, Micro is in the process of complaining to the domain management company due to the 3 days bussiness disruption , and we are designing an emergency system structure to deal with future emergency situations that may or not occur at any moment.
In the future, we'll do our best to minimize any inconvinience to users in every emergency situation.
